David C. Gardner is the principal attorney at the Gardner Law Firm. With over thirty five years of experience, he is committed to the successful resolution of every case he handles. Nothing brings him greater satisfaction than a client who is satisfied with the outcome of his case - either by obtaining a fair settlement, or by winning a judgment at trial.
Mr. Gardner has handled hundreds of personal injury cases, and has recovered over $5,000,000 in settlement and judgments for his clients. He has also handled hundreds of criminal cases, from misdemeanors in District Court to major felony cases in the Circuit Court. He is committed to representing his clients as zealously as the law allows, and his only goal is to maximize the result for his clients.
Mr. Gardner obtained his law degree from American University in 1981, and clerked for a judge on the Circuit Court for Montgomery County following law school. He then worked as an associate for two law firms in suburban Maryland before forming the Gardner Law Firm in 1987. He regularly attends legal seminars, has written articles and taught classes on a variety of legal topics, and is actively involved in his community, having served as President of the Greater Olney Civic Association, and currently serving as a Commissioner on the Montgomery County Commission on Common Ownership Communities. He is the father of four children, and when he is not working he enjoys playing ice hockey, golf and is a member of the National Ski Patrol.
